1. Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability. Please arrive on time. If you are late, we may shorten or reschedule your appointment. Our Cancellation Policy applies to late cancellations and no-shows.

2. Payments & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Remaining fees are payable at the clinic. Prices may vary depending on clinical assessment and treatment plan.

3. Clinical Assessment & Consent

Treatment is subject to clinical assessment. We will explain the options, risks and benefits. Your consent is required before treatment. You may withdraw consent at any time prior to treatment.

4. Prescriptions & Referrals

Prescriptions and referrals are provided at the clinician’s discretion and in line with clinical guidelines.

5. Guarantees & Outcomes

Clinical outcomes vary between individuals. While we aim for the best possible results, no guarantees are made unless explicitly stated in writing for specific treatments.

6. Data Protection

7. Complaints

We aim to resolve concerns promptly. Please contact the clinic in writing. If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate in line with applicable healthcare guidance/regulators.
